Established in 2017

SeaBreeze Fish & Shell has become a popular venue in Cape Town’s thriving CBD, attracting local foodies and inquisitive travellers searching for the best seafood the city has to offer.

At SeaBreeze, our core philosophy is centred around quality and sustainability. That’s why we only use fresh, locally sourced and seasonal produce in each of our dishes. As proud supporters of the South African Sustainable Seafood Initiative (SASSI), we exclusively serve fish which has been landed on South Africa shores, and never Red Listed Fish.

Spécialiste de la mer, saveurs délicates. Restaurant seafood. Déco soignée. Accueil et team souriante et agréable. Plats très fins. De très belles saveurs, un mélange d'épices très subtiles dans les différents plats que nous avons goûtés. Des vins abordables et de bons rapports qualité prix. Une table que nous recommandons.

Fresh seafood! Lovely atmosphere and dinner. Seafood was very fresh and service was excellent. Unfortunately they did not have any rooibos creme brulee but the sole fish, king prawns and hasselbach new potatoes were delicious!

Great find for our first night In a country dominated by meat it was great to find an example of Cape Towns unique seafood offerings. I had a lovely seafood curry and we also enjoyed the oysters and hake. Wine was great and the service very attentive. Easy walk from Kloof Street in a safe area overall.

Nice but slow The food was delicious and the ambience very friendly and fun. The only negative was the timing of the food. Our waitress was great but for some reason the kitchen was super backed up. We got our first appetizer about 20 minutes after we sat down but then it was another hour before we got the rest of our food. The fish tacos are tasty as was the sesame shrimp toast. The tuna tartare was good but I didn’t like the chili sauce marinade on it. My husband loved his curry dish.
